● This is the fun curatorial stage!
● We carefully select finishes, fabrics, lighting, rugs, and movable furniture.
● You’ll get layouts and lists showing the product name, supplier, size, finish, price, and lead time.
● We can also handle ordering and procurement for you.
● If you want, we can include accessories and artworks to make your space feel complete.

What You Get
A two-stage design process that establishes your vision, clarifies your priorities, and defines a cohesive concept for your home.
Stage 1 — Planning & Discovery
We begin with a detailed consultation to define your vision, review plans or existing layouts, and visit your site to understand its potential. Your design brief, goals, and practical requirements are refined through follow-up discussions.

Stage 2 — Concept Design
Your design direction comes to life through a colour and materials moodboard, key interior/exterior finish selections, preliminary flooring/wall/cabinetry direction, and a concept floor plan (sketch + CAD). Includes two review meetings, one concept, and two revisions to refine the design.
Deliverables
A digital concept pack with your visual direction, finishes, and key selections — ready to hand to your builder or progress into Stage 3 full design development.

Paint Colour Consultation
For clients who need expert help selecting a cohesive paint palette.
Includes:
- One-hour consultation (in-person or via Zoom)
- Selection of internal and/or external paint colours
- Consideration of light, orientation, mood, and architectural context
- One refinement round
- Digital palette summary with paint specifications

Full Colour & Finishes Consultation
